This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your Lalune order.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €99.99. Below this amount, standard shipping costs apply depending on your delivery country and are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Lalune is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Lalune is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@lalunesleep.com within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
