These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the website lalunesleep.com, operated by Rytha Phe, a sole trader (auto-entrepreneur) registered in France under SIREN 106032337, with a registered address at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France ("Lalune", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale in full.
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed by customers ("you") on lalunesleep.com. They apply in addition to, and do not replace, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Our products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to display settings or the natural characteristics of the materials used, and do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to modify our product range at any time, including discontinuing products, without prior notice.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.
To place an order, add the desired products to your cart and follow the checkout steps, providing accurate delivery, contact, and payment information. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular in cases of suspected fraud, non-payment, unavailability of stock, or a pricing or listing error.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers; Lalune does not store your full payment card details.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.
To exercise this right, please notify us of your decision to withdraw by email at hello@lalunesleep.com before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us, in accordance with the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will reimburse you within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please note: our standard Return & Refund Policy offers a more generous 30-day return window, which applies in addition to this statutory right.
Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
As a consumer, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés, Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), regardless of any commercial warranty that may apply.
If a product is found to be non-conforming or defective, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with applicable law. To make a claim under these warranties, contact us at hello@lalunesleep.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lalune's liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
In accordance with French law, if a dispute arises that we are unable to resolve directly with you, you are entitled to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. Details of the applicable mediation service will be provided upon request or made available on this page once our mediator registration is finalised.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
